Holyrood St Apartments

The project consisted of two floor of apartments over a basement car park with two independent town house units at the front of the property. The building essentially consisted of concrete slab and masonry construction with steel and timber framed mezzanine and roof structures.

Baigents were responsible for the design and documentation of all structural and civil engineering works. Structural engineering works included pad footings, basement slab on ground, reinforced concrete columns, post tensioned concrete suspended floors.
Civil engineering works included suspended stormwater drainage system at underside of ground floor level, basement subsurface drainage system, ground level stormwater drainage system, on-site stormwater detention system in accordance with Bayside City Council requirements and external pavements.

Baigents were also responsible for site supervision on the project in relation to structural and civil engineering works.
